This was the second of two telephone telephone consultations following an earlier face to face consultation with another consultant colleague of Mr Jain. On both occasions I was impressed by the courtesy of his remarks and willingness to listen to me. With his first letter, (both of which were kind and courteous), he provided some appropriate literature related to the area under discussion. I have since had a further Urine Flow Test and suspect that we shall be having further conversations in due course.

I have appreciated prompt and clear telephone reviews during Covid related social distancing requirements. Thank you. I have assumed that delayed feedback for review scan results indicates no significant change and that a problem would be flagged for faster contact. However, six weeks is a long time to wait for confirmation that no action is required.

It is now some years since I was first treated by Mr Jain. At first I found him to be a little abrupt, but more recently when needing further attention he has proved to be attentive, a good listener and very prompt in arranging the tests I needed. In these difficult time of Covid19 I was very pleased with the way I have been treated.
